Friday evening, worse time in the world for the fridge to be warm. Starting calling trying to find help and everyone is closed or getting ready to close. Called Mario and he was out still working. Explained my problem and he said would call me when he finished the job and if I had not found anyone he would see what he could do. He called me back about 30 minutes later to see if I still needed help. I did, I was desperate. He showed up about 7PM and quickly found the fault was a relay. He thought he had one on the truck but found my fridge needed a special model he did not have. Later he text me to tell me the part would have to be ordered and he would not have it until Monday. We tried the dry ice route but that didn’t work out. Monday Mario was able to locate the part in Tucson and had it sent to Surprise by courier. Part got in around 5PM and 6:30 Mario was on site and got me going again.

Friends, that is customer service and he has my business for all future appliance repairs.
