What a great guy! I’ve called Mario for several different issues and he’s always upfront and honest. He’s saved us thousands of dollars by telling us the truth and actually listening to our needs. Two of our biggest issues have been refrigerators and both times he’s come out and at least got it running until we could decide to repair or replace.
